GEARING COMPONENTS

Christ & Heiri offers a wide variety of gearing components and is able to produce large and small-scale series. A number of different materials can be processed, such as stainless steel, free-cutting steel, alloyed construction steel, brass, aluminium, and machinable synthetic materials. With the aid of our state-of-the-art machinery, we can make worm gears, pinions and cogwheels for the micro-gear and the automotive industry with a workpiece diameter of up to 55 mm, and precision gearing components for the watchmaking industry with a workpiece diameter between 0.2 mm and 35 mm. Our programme is completed by the building of subassemblies, the hardening and the finishing of precision components.
