Selzach and Eisenbach, 8 August 2017 - As part of a succession solution, the Swiss gear specialist Christ & Heiri AG ("Christ & Heiri") is taking over Grieshaber Feinmechanik GmbH & Co KG ("Grieshaber Feinmechanik"). The previous co-owner and managing director Michael Grieshaber will continue to be available to the company as a consultant.
Since April 2017, Christ & Heiri has had a new automatic testing and
packaging machine, which enables 100% control of series parts. This
enables the company to meet even the highest requirements and further
expand its quality leadership.

The new owners are the previous management and a group of investors represented by the independent Zurich-based multi-family office Verium.
