Selzach and Eisenbach, 8 August 2017 - As part of a succession solution, the Swiss gear specialist Christ & Heiri AG ("Christ & Heiri") is taking over Grieshaber Feinmechanik GmbH & Co KG ("Grieshaber Feinmechanik"). The previous co-owner and managing director Michael Grieshaber will continue to be available to the company as a consultant.

Successful succession planning

Christ & Heiri AG, a Swiss company specialising in the production of high-precision gears, pinions and worms, is changing hands as of 7 October 2015. The new owners are the previous management and a group of investors represented by the independent Zurich-based multi-family office Verium. The previous owner family will continue to be represented on the Board of Directors.
